This site serves the property owners in Lakeport, California who reside within the CLAPA area and is your resource for information about the association. The Clear Lake Acres Park Assocation provides private access to Clear Lake with over 200 feet of beach front property with picnic tables, BBQ's, restrooms and large shade trees.
